Every one in my class had to make a thing link about a person in WW1.
This is  how to make a thing link: First you have to get onto the site, then you choose what backround picture you want to use, then you have to press the picture to get the little tabs to write on them. What is a thing link? :  a thing link is a picture that has lots of little tabs on it that you press to show the information that you
wrote on it.

My animation.

I would like to show you my animation about my chimera. (that's an animal that is a part of 3 different animals), but first I would like to tell you what it is all about. There is an animal that is part horse, bird and has a human face. She names herself Nifling. She goes on an adventure to the meadows and gets caught. Meanwhile her friend, Vine wolf, noticed that she was gone so he tries to find her. When he does they both gallop away from the meadows.  And they both lived happily ever after.

Lit quiz

Just wanted to tell you about yesterday. Yesterday it was the lit quiz, luckily I got\ to it. There was Ohaeawai 1 and Ohaeawai 2. I was in Ohaeawai 1. The people who were in my group was, Braeden, Mia, Kirsten and me. The people who were in the other group were, Jess, Lani, Willow and Luke. Group one got 20 out of 29 groups! Group 2 got 29 out 29 groups.  We were against year 7 and 8's. There was a man who asked questions and all the teams had to write the answers on a sheet of paper. I answered most of the Roald Dahl book questions.  Also, there were 100 people there!

My Horse of the Year diary

 I couple of weeks ago I went to the Hawkes Bay show. It was my first time competing there. I watched it last year so I made a goal to ride there this year. I practised and practised then eventually I could go! This is my horse of the year diary. I competed on Tuesday and Friday. Hope you enjoy reading my post.

Maui post

Now I will post what I wrote on my computer about Maui. We had to write an argument about him. We wrote all about him and what he did.  This is what I did

Introduction: I believe that Maui is a great mythical hero.

Reason 1: My first reason is he pulled the North Island out of the sea so we wouldn’t be all stuck on the South island.

Reason 2: Secondly, he helped people by stealing fire from a witch.

Reason 3: His father was a god and his mother was a human so that makes him a demi-god.

Conclusion: So, when he helped the people by stealing fire from a witch to help them keep warm and pull up the North Island, that shows why I think Maui is a great mythical Hero.
